• Reservations & Walk-Ins
Our dining area is available for reservations. While we do accept walk-ins, availability can be limited — especially on weekends. Reservations are highly recommended.
We are able to accommodate parties of up to 8 guests at one table. Larger parties may be split into two or more tables depending on availability and party size. If you would like to reserve specific table arrangements for a large party, please call us directly or email inquiry@seoulprime.com
Reservations are held for 15 minutes. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in the table being released to walk-in guests. If released, you may experience a wait based on availability at the time of arrival.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited or blocked future reservation eligibility.

• Party Size & Children
Please include all guests, including children and infants, in your reservation count.

• Parking & Validation
Parking is available at the Founders Row garage. The garage operates with a QR code system and no gate. Complimentary 2-hour parking validation is available upon arrival using our restaurant code. Please note your license plate number before entering the restaurant. Our hosts are happy to assist with any questions.

• Dining Experience
Seoul Prime is a premium Korean steakhouse experience focused on curated beef selections and refined service. We encourage guests to allow approximately 90–120 minutes to fully enjoy their meal.

• Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
We proudly serve premium beef and Korean-inspired dishes that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including shellfish, soy, sesame, dairy, gluten, and nuts. Due to the nature of our kitchen and live-fire grilling, cross-contamination is possible.

While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we are unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

• Corkage Policy
We allow outside wine for a corkage fee of $40 per 750ml bottle and $80 per 1.5L bottle. Corkage is limited to two (2) 750ml bottles or one (1) 1.5L bottle per reservation. The wine may not be a current selection on our wine list of the same producer, label, and vintage.

• Outside Food & Desserts
Due to health regulations and quality standards, outside food and desserts are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact our team ahead of your reservation if you have special requests.

• Dogs & Service Animals
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant. Trained service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome. Service animals must remain under control and with their handler at all times. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted indoors.
