Chef Sang Hyun Lee began his culinary journey at Taste of Korea, where he refined his skills and deepened his passion for authentic Korean flavors. He later worked in Honest Grill as a Executive Chef, the Korean BBQ restaurant that quickly rose to acclaim—recognized as one of Washingtonian’s Top 100 Restaurants and among Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top 50.
With a strong foundation in Korean cuisine and a broad knowledge of diverse culinary styles, Chef Lee brings a refined, well-rounded approach to his cooking—one that is both rooted in tradition and elevated by his versatility.

Front of the House Manager
Andrew Ha graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing, but found his true calling in hospitality. He started at Seoul Prime as a server, and it didn't take long for his commitment to the craft, and to the people around him, to open the door to greater responsibility.
Andrew believes great restaurants aren't built on menus or margins, but on people. Whether he's coaching a new team member, building out a high-performing team, or shaping a guest's experience from the moment they walk in, he's driven by a genuine desire to help others grow into the best version of themselves. His leadership comes down to one idea: when people feel valued, empowered, and supported, exceptional hospitality follows naturally.
Today, as Front of House Manager at Seoul Prime, Andrew is focused on building a culture where professionalism and genuine care for one another go hand in hand. He takes real pride in developing the next generation of hospitality leaders, raising the bar on service, and creating moments that stick with people, guests and team members alike.
Through it all, Andrew is dedicated to executing management's vision, shaping Seoul Prime into one of the premier dining destinations in the DMV, one guest, one team member, and one service at a time.

Adalberto Lopez
Master Mixologist
Alberto Lopez brings over six years of bartending and mixology experience and a decade of guest-focused hospitality to Seoul Prime. With a background in bar management—developing cocktail programs, teaching mixology and whisky classes, and shaping bar ambience—he approaches every drink with precision and creativity.
Alberto has a deep passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, each made with intention, balance, and nuance. His specialty is the original Old Fashioned, and he takes pride in creating drinks that turn moments into memories.
Known for his warm, professional presence—often called the “friendly neighborhood bartender”—Alberto excels at guiding guests, offering thoughtful recommendations, and elevating the bar experience through both technique and hospitality. We’re proud to have him lead our beverage program at Seoul Prime.
